It would be easier to help you with comments on 2Q if it was possible to download the text.
I agree. My problem is that a couple of publishers have told me that they would not be interested in considering the manuscript if it had been made available previously as a download. I’m still investigating my options. If you’d like to check back in a week or so, I may have a solution by then.
