I’m pro free-speech. I agree with all of those forms as long as you have a choice not to view them.

So the following cases I might have a problem with:

“A topless female statue of Justice in a courthouse.” ~~~As long as anyone can choose to not have the statue there while they are in court.

“A mason jar filled with one toenail clipping from each homeless person in Los Angeles.”
~~~If you asked the homeless and they could refuse it, it’s fine. If you gave them money regardless of whether they gave you a toenail or not, it’s fine (you can’t trade money for toenails because they are not in a fair position).

“A fake blog pretending to document the life of a teenager who is being abused.”
~~~ I take honesty over free speech. A disclaimer upon entering the site and it’s okay, but don’t try deceive anyone. Linking to the site should also produce the disclaimer page…

All the rest is fine as long as people can choose. FREEDOME FTW BABY!
