BUT!
I would only support it once tecnology reaches a level where there is NO doubt as to guilt, until then as there are no ‘take backs’ for death we cannot risk a single innocent being murdered by the state.

The jury system is based upon manipulation and is the best we have now, but is pretty fallible in reality.
